1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jetaz7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the jetaz7 website and mobile interface. By creating an account or placing any wager on jetaz7, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to these Terms in their entirety.

jetaz7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on jetaz7, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a jetaz7 employee.
• You have not previously had a jetaz7 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion register maintained by jetaz7 or any affiliated platform.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gaming activities under any laws applicable to your personal circumstances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the jetaz7 platform. Opening, or attempting to open, more than one account for the same individual — regardless of the name, payment method, or device used — is strictly prohibited. jetaz7 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts beyond the first registered account may be closed and any balances forfeited without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username and password confidential and must not share your login credentials with any other person. jetaz7 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jetaz7 support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate all credible reports of unauthorised access and take appropriate remedial action.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jetaz7 processes all player funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and is subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier section of your account.

• Withdrawal processing times: mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad) — typically under 10 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jetaz7 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically overridden by the terms of an individual promotion:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotional offer. Expired bonuses cannot be retroactively applied.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers. Bets placed with bonus funds may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirements on certain game categories — refer to the specific promotion terms.

• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using systematic low-risk strategies to clear wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and account review.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. jetaz7 is not responsible for odds displayed in error due to manifest technical failure.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the published rules for that specific market.
• In-play (live) bets are processed in real time. Network latency or connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for voiding a legitimately confirmed bet.
• jetaz7 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market, at any time, for any player, without providing a reason.
• Where a result is disputed or subject to official review by the relevant sporting body, settlement of related bets may be delayed pending the final official outcome.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Closure & Termination

Any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC verification, provided no bonus funds or pending wagering requirements remain outstanding.

jetaz7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that jetaz7 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or its players.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration. jetaz7 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all player disputes.
